Breathing with Trees is a gentle body and breath practice in the presence of trees.
It is like forest bathing with a focus on movement, breathing and relating. Imagine the difference it makes to connect with your body and your breath alone or in the presence of a tree.
Trees can be trusted. They are themselves. They are where they are. And so they can accept us the way we are, at any given moment. With a tree as a benign and trustworthy partner and role-model you can experience grounding, movement, touch, expansion and containment. You can connect not only to the nature around you but to the nature within, the nature that you are.
As your guide, I am a qualified somatic breath facilitator from the Institute of Breath Teaching in Berlin (Institute für Atemlehre Berlin), with 15 years‘ experience of Natural Breathing practice.
